Application
1. Isocyanate propyl triethoxysilane (IPTS) is used in mineral-filled phenolic, polyester, epoxy, PBT, polyamide, carbonate and other thermoplastic and thermosetting resins. It can greatly improve the physical and mechanical properties of reinforced plastics such as dry and wet flexural strength, compressive strength, shear strength and wet electrical properties, and improve the wettability and dispersibility of fillers in polymers.
2. Isocyanate propyl triethoxysilane (IPTS) is an excellent adhesion promoter. It can be used in polyurethane, epoxy, nitrile, phenolic adhesives and sealing materials. It can improve the dispersion of pigments and improve the adhesion to glass, aluminum, iron metals. It is also suitable for polyurethane, epoxy and acrylic latex coatings.
3. Isocyanate propyl triethoxysilane (IPTS) in resin sand casting, this product enhances the adhesion of resin silica sand, improves the strength and moisture resistance of molding sand.
4. Isocyanate propyl triethoxysilane (IPTS) is added to phenolic binder in the production of glass fiber wool and mineral wool to improve moisture resistance and increase compression resilience.
Packaging and Storage
Packaging: Finished products are packaged in 5KG, 10KG, 25KG, and 200KG plastic barrels. Other specifications need to be pre-ordered.
Store in a cool and ventilated place in a sealed container for one year.
